The permanent exhibition was opened in 2000. The authors of the exposition are photographer Galina Tamošiūnienė, painter Kostas Poškus and restorer Jonas Uosaitis.
Photos of exposure of the Nemunas irony slopes, taken by photographer Galina Tamošiūnienė, are consistent with the equipment of the smithy: the bellows whose operation you can try;  the anvil and the hammer which you can wave about, and other tools of a blacksmith that merge with the view of shoeing the horse open an integral panorama of iron and human strength and force.
